Carl has been in the Lake Havasu Real Estate business since May of 1996. The real estate market was challenging some years ago, but has returned very strong. Lake Havasu City 's population growth increase to 50,000 residents. We have become a Metropolitan City .

Before real estate, Carl enjoyed a 25-year career as a Commercial and Industrial Property and Casualty Insurance Broker in the Phoenix area. Before leaving Phoenix Carl served as Vice-President of Jardine Insurance Brokers. Carl traveled extensively marketing National and International Franchise Programs to National clients. Jardine has 33 offices nationwide. Jardine-Matheson, the parent company, employs 94,000 people worldwide.

The Phoenix area had been home for over 45 years. Carl enjoyed vacationing in Lake Havasu City since 1972 and the water was the big attraction. Then, in 1990 he discovered the City, and discovered why "THIS IS THE PLACE". He moved to Lake Havasu in January of 1996 - where the air is clean, the water is clear, and anything you want to do is consistently great.

Cheryl, his new bride and the love of his life, relocated to Lake Havasu in February of 1997 and assists in many office functions and adventures. They are happy to live in this great place, where they continuously make many new and wonderful friends. Each of them is special to Carl and Cheryl.

Carl has two married daughters. Brandi and her husband Todd are in Chicago . Little Megan was born November 13th 2001 making him a brand new grandpa. Susan and her husband Jason reside in Scottsdale . Carl's first grandson, Riley, was born May 17, 2002 . And another granddaughter Camdyn Rayann born April 9 th 2004 . Cheryl's daughter, Andrea, recently relocated to Lake Havasu and is now working at Flusché Realty Co.

Together, Cheryl and Carl have one other child, an 18 pound red tabby cat. Their very wonderful dog, Roadie, passed away on July 28, 2002 .

Carl enjoys all sorts of water sports, volleyball, in-line skating, golf and other outdoor activities, but he especially enjoys people gatherings. Cheryl and Carl love to take their boat out, with of course an occasional trip to the Sandbar, Copper Canyon and to Havasu Springs. Those trips make them feel like they are on a perpetual vacation. They enjoy spending time with their friends, both on and off the lake.

As an insurance broker, Carl received many awards and certificates for his accomplishment and achievement from the various Non Profit Organizations and firms through which he has worked and volunteered himself.

As a Lake Havasu REALTOR, Carl has received numerous awards from the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors; annual multi-million dollar producer, Rookie Agent Award and the Ideal Realtor Image award. Carl established the "First Time Homebuyer's Fair" in Lake Havasu City and received his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation in January, 1998 from the National Association of Realtors and his Arizona Brokers License in February 2003.
